Carli Leveling System Base 3in Lift 1994–2002 Ram 2500/3500 Diesel

The Carli Leveling System is designed for Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 diesel owners who want a leveled stance with improved ride quality and performance over a basic spacer lift. The front leveling coils are engineered specifically for the weight of the Ram diesel front end and finished in durable black powdercoat.

This system raises the front of the truck 2.5 to 3 inches depending on year and cab configuration, while increasing front suspension travel by 50% over the factory platform. Carli Signature Series front shocks are custom tuned in-house for improved ride quality and built longer to accommodate the added travel.

Notes:

• For 1994–2002 applications, the front sway bar correction option is extended sway bar end links.

• Carli recommends an adjustable track bar to recenter the front axle and extended control arms to shift the axle forward to its new center of travel.

• Three inches of front lift shifts the axle toward the driver side approximately 3/4 inch and back toward the cab approximately 1/2 inch.

• Carli’s optional torsion sway bar is one of Carli’s best ride-quality upgrades where applicable.

Wheel and Tire Notes:

• Fits up to a 35-inch tire with stock control arms on wheels with 5.75 to 6 inches of backspacing.

• Carli recommends extended mild steel control arms.

• If running factory wheels, Carli recommends an all-terrain 35-inch tire to avoid rubbing.

• For 37-inch tire fitment, Carli High-Clearance Control Arms and an adjustable track bar can be paired with wheels using 5.75 inches of backspacing.

• More tire sidewall improves small bump compliance at proper inflation pressures.

• Ride quality will firm up as wheel diameter increases.
