Carli Backcountry Leveling Suspension Base 2.5in Lift 2013–2018 Ram 3500 Diesel

The Carli Backcountry 2.0 Leveling Suspension System delivers a strong balance of on-road ride quality, towing control, and mild off-road capability at a reasonable price. Built for Ram 3500 diesel trucks, this system provides a 2.5-inch front lift while maintaining factory rear spring load capacity and improving overall predictability.

This system uses Carli SPEC 2.0-inch remote reservoir shocks custom tuned for highway driving, around-town use, towing, hauling, and slow to mid-speed off-road use. The shocks feature 6063 aluminum construction, anodized corrosion-resistant bodies, 5/8-inch hardened steel chrome-plated shafts, 6061 billet rod ends, 1-piece bushings, full serviceability, rebuildability, and premium 5WT oil for consistent damping across a wide temperature range.

Notes:

• This system is not upgradeable to any other Carli Suspension system.

• Not compatible with trucks equipped with factory auto-leveling air assist.

• Slight eccentric bolt compensation is recommended to correct caster after installation.

• No radius arm drops are included, so slight front coil bow may occur.

• Carli torsion sway bar can further improve ride quality.

• Carli low-mount steering stabilizer is recommended for tires larger than factory size.

Wheel and Tire Notes:

• Recommended tire size is 35 inches.

• Recommended wheel width is no more than 9 inches.

• Recommended backspacing is 5.5 to 6 inches.

• An 18-inch wheel is recommended for optimal ride quality.

• Recommended unloaded tire pressure is 45 PSI front and 40 PSI rear.
