Description
Designed to elevate the performance of Carli’s Commuter and Performance Suspension Systems, the Carli Upper Control Arms correct leveled geometry while increasing suspension travel and service life. Crafted from a strategic combination of 1/8” and 3/16” cold-rolled steel, the arm backbone is built to exceed the expectations of even the most demanding Carli customers, while the black powder coat provides a durable, professional finish.
Protected by an anodized aluminum cap, the 1” FK Uniball and in-house machined 17-4 Stainless Uniball Pin allow up to 1” more droop travel than the restrictive factory ball joint. The pivot point has been re-engineered to correct geometry for 2.5” Carli lift systems. At the frame, serviceable Energy Suspension bushings with crush sleeves reduce vibrations and offer a solid, reliable mounting solution. Both the uniball and bushings are replaceable, making these arms a long-term upgrade you won’t need to replace.
Installation & Fitment
These control arms are designed for 2.5″ front lift setups. For optimal fitment and minimal trimming, we recommend using an 8.5″ wide wheel with 4.5″ backspacing paired with a 33″ tire. Many customers run 4.5″–4.75″ backspacing wheels with 35″ tires, which may require additional trimming. For best results, 4.5″ backspacing is strongly recommended.
