The Carli Heavy Duty Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack is designed for trucks carrying a constant 1,000 lb load in the bed, making it ideal for work trucks with toolboxes, welders, or overland setups. Engineered to provide a smoother, more controlled ride under load, this system replaces the harsh factory spring pack with a fully progressive design that dramatically improves ride quality, handling, and suspension travel. These springs are not intended for unloaded use and require the constant weight to function properly and maintain intended ride height.

Developed in collaboration with Deaver Spring, this HD leaf pack is tailored to pair with Carli 2.5″ leveling and suspension systems. Featuring a multi-leaf progressive design and optimized geometry, it delivers superior suspension cycling across highway driving, off-road terrain, and towing scenarios while accommodating larger tire fitment and increased wheel travel.

• Not designed for unloaded driving conditions

• Requires approximately 1,000 lbs constant load for proper performance

• Will ride stiff and sit higher than intended if run unloaded

• Carli 2.5″ remote reservoir shocks with custom tuning recommended for optimal performance

• Compatible with 3.5″ axle tube diameter
