The Carli Pintop Leveling System is one of the most proven and well-rounded suspension systems available for Super Duty trucks, delivering exceptional ride quality on-road while maintaining full control during light to moderate off-road use. Designed and tuned in-house, this system smooths harsh impacts and transforms the driving experience into something far more composed and predictable.

Built around Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” remote reservoir shocks, this system offers 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks for improved damping control, increased oil capacity, and superior heat dissipation. Custom-tuned valving ensures optimal performance for heavy-duty diesel applications, while 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts provide unmatched durability. With increased front lift, additional wheel travel, and supporting components like the adjustable track bar, stainless brake lines, and caster shims, this system enhances stability, steering feel, and overall suspension performance.

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs are recommended for optimal ride quality, particularly on F-350 trucks

• Aftermarket airbag system recommended when using Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore load capacity

• Airbag systems should allow for disconnect during suspension cycling to maximize travel

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs may shift the rear axle slightly forward for improved tire clearance
