Carli HD Leaf Spring Kit – 2017–2023 Ford F250/F350 – +1000 lbs – 1″ Lift

The Carli HD Full Replacement Leaf Spring Kit is designed for trucks carrying a constant 1,000 lb bed load, making it an excellent solution for work trucks equipped with heavy toolboxes or overland setups with consistent rear weight. Engineered to improve ride quality, handling, and load support, this progressive spring system delivers a balanced and controlled driving experience under load. These springs are not intended for unloaded use and require the constant weight to function properly and maintain correct ride height.

Built as a full replacement system, this HD spring pack eliminates the factory block while increasing rear suspension performance and stability. For optimal ride quality and control, Carli recommends pairing these springs with their custom-valved shocks, as off-the-shelf shock valving will not properly complement the increased spring rate and dynamics of this setup.

• Compatible with 3.5″–4.0″ axle tube diameters
